Order toll-free by phone (10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET only)

2.  Browse our on-line catalog of merchandise offerings, writing down the following notations about the items you wish to order:

• product number & name

• size

• color

• quantity

• price

• any other chosen option for that particular product

3.  Have your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover credit card number and expiration date handy.

4.  Call toll-free at (877) 403-4842 and place your order with our friendly and helpful staff.  We'll be happy to answer any questions you might have at that time.

Order by Fax

3.  Total your order and figure your sales tax and shipping charges.

4.  Legibly print your credit card information in the space provided on the order form, and sign where indicated.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.  Be sure to also complete all required shipping address information.

5.  Fax your completed order form directly to CAT Sports at (765) 286-4137 and your order will be processed within two business days.  If any of your items are not in stock, we will contact you.
