CAT Sports practices the following policies for service

SERVICE
Online
Purchasing

Every order
will be confirmed via email within 24 hours of submission

Every order in
stock will be shipped within 3-4 business days

Every order
placed after 3:00 pm (ET) Friday will be processed the following
Monday morning.

If an item is
not in stock, purchaser will be notified by email or phone. The
item will immediately be placed on backorder unless the customer
replies otherwise to the backorder notification within one business
day.
Shipping

All orders (in
continental U.S.) are shipped out within 3-4 business days via ground
shipping.

Shipping to
Alaska and Hawaii will be processed via USPS at the same rates.

upon destination and weight. To utilize these special services,

Returns
-
Merchandise may
be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days from date of
purchase.

Any merchandise
that has been used, worn or altered in any way will not be considered
for refund. (This includes items that have been sewn, hemmed or
has had tags or logos removed.)

All refunds
will be issued by either store credit or company check. (No
credit card credits.)

After 30 days
after the date of purchase, no refunds will be made.

The customer is
responsible for the shipping fees of all refunds.

No returns will
be accepted on closeout, discontinued or custom ordered merchandise.
Exchanges
-
Merchandise may
be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days.

After an
exchange for an item of lesser value, only store credit will be given
for the balance.

Absolutely no
exchanges on items that have been used or worn.

The customer is
responsible for all shipping fees for exchanges.

No exchange
will be made on closeout, discontinued or custom ordered merchandise.
Credit Cards

 MasterCard, Visa,
American Express and Discover accepted only.

Any credit card
refunds will be sent via company check only.

Any purchase
with a credit card of a third party may require a signature for
verification.
Returned
Check or Payment
-
Any returned
check or payment will be subject to a $30.00 bank fee penalty (no
matter the amount of the check).

Certified
check, money order, accepted credit card or cash must repay any
returned check or payment.
-
Any returned
check or payment not repaid, with penalties included, within 30 days
of date of sale will be turned over to collection, and will be subject
to further collection penalties and negative credit reports.
International Orders
-
All orders submitted
to CAT Sports from counties outside the United States and its
territories are not subject to the same shipping rates that appear with
a processed online order. All International Orders must have shipping
charges re-figured based on destination and weight, and verified by the
customer before the order will be processed.

All International
Orders must be pre-paid by certified U.S. currency. Due to fraud no
international orders will be processed by credit cards submitted unless
special arrangements are made and signature validation is verified.

International orders
are best processed by sending an email request to CAT Sports at
info@cat-sports.net for a quote on shipping and payment method, or
by using the CAT Sports Order Form at:
http://cat-sports.net/htm/orderform.htm.

If an International
Order is placed on this site we will send the customer an email
detailing the options for processing the order within 48 hours.
PRIVACY
CAT Sports respects your right to
privacy. We will not sell our customer information for any reason.
We do collect your shipping and billing information when placing an order.
If you create a customer account on-line with CAT
Sports, a cookie may be used on your PC when making an order to speed up
future orders and to facilitate your shopping basket. Data, such as
operating system, browser type, host IP address, etc., may be collected on
a visitors traffic pattern while browsing this site.
